Cheese-making workshop at Hoekelum farm
This cheese-making workshop is the ultimate Dutch experience! Hoekelum farm has a rich history of making traditional Hoekelum cheese. In the past, delicious cheese was made on the farm in the traditional way - using raw milk. Every year, approximately 100,000 liters of milk were processed into cheese, resulting in about 600 small cheeses per week. Today, Hoekelum farm focuses on hosting fun and creative cheese-making workshops. They keep the tradition of cheese making alive by sharing their knowledge with their guests.
