The 60th Anniversary Meeting of the Society for Low Temperature Biology will be held at the Manchester Institute for Biotechnology (MIB) at the University of Manchester, UK, on September 11-13, 2024.

The Organizing Committee welcome abstracts covering the full range of cryobiological topics including, but not limited to, fundamentals of cryobiology, reproductive cryobiology, plant cryopreservation, cryopreservation for cell therapies, cold adaptation, cryopreservation of blood products, whole organism cryopreservation, and cryosurgery. The meeting will have a particular focus on the history of the SLTB and sustainable biobanking.
