Dr. Lucie Gavin-Plagne

I have been working in reproductive biotechnologies for 10 years with a PhD degree in cryobiology from the Vet School of Lyon (France). After field and laboratory experience on sperm, embryo and pluripotent stem cells from different mammalian species, I have joined IMV Technologies, R&D department, in 2018. IMV Technologies group is the leader in applied reproductive biotechnologies with more than 650 employees worldwide.

For three years I have been Field Application Scientist, consisting in supervising field trials for new product validation, as well as training and supporting our customers on our technologies across the world.

Since 2022, I am pursuing this mission along with managing the Field Application team (5 scientists and vets).

I will collaborate with Prof. Marie Saint-Dizier and Dr. Pascal Mermillod in the supervision of PhD 10.
